Your role As a Project Manager in our ICT department, you will play a central role in planning, leading, and executing our IT projects. You will drive digital implementations, system changes, and procurements – connecting the needs of the business with technical solutions that create long-term sustainability.

You will:

• Lead IT projects from initiation to completion

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets

• Coordinate activities during system implementations and major changes

• Drive requirements gathering through workshops and dialogue with the business

• Ensure quality, risk management, and documentation according to our project model

• Be responsible for communication with steering groups and other stakeholders

• Support the business in change and contribute to high user acceptance

You have:

• Relevant academic education or equivalent experience in IT, project management, or system development

• Documented experience leading IT projects in complex organizations

• Experience in procurement and requirements management

• Knowledge of project management methods (e.g., PPS, PRINCE2, PMI, or agile approaches)

• Good understanding of IT systems, integrations, and digital processes

• Understanding of information security and data protection

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Experience with PM3, ISO27001, NIS2, or other management frameworks is a plus.
